I have an incredibly light olive complexion. It makes me look sickly at times if I don't spend time in the sun, but we all know too much sun can cause skin damage. Regrettably, I used tanning beds for awhile because I was so frustrated with the results from self-tanners. Never went on even, always blotchy and usually a bad color. I've used expensive self-tanners before...and they were never like this. This is by far my favorite self-tanner. It did not have me looking orange or yellow, streaky or blotchy....rather it even seems to add a bit of rosy undertones to what looks like a very natural looking tan. I have never found this to be the case. I have tried the Jergens product, which to me has an awful smell. It may depend on individual skin chemistry.
